McGee has, at times, seemed afraid of the Hulk, yet other times not. I'm sure there's some adrenaline pumping when he's close to him but consider this: In "Hulk Breaks Vegas", he's terrified of him when he's in the sandpit ("Get away from me!!"). However, after he saves him, he seems less afraid (or not even at all) when he approaches him after. He tries to talk to him and seems even more calm than the girl does.
He has nightmares of the Hulk but is that due to fear or is a manifestation of his pent up frustration at not being able to capture him?
Does he feel that, each time he confronts him, there's a great risk that the Hulk might kill him?
