I agree with above post, with a concept like The Incredible Hulk, it was always difficult enough each episode to come up with new ideas for Hulk-Outs, let alone new storylines. Some of them were repetitive at times, so it was a good thing the episodes themselves were always fresh and the odd character and McGee aside, we rarely visited the same place or person twice.
A lot of other TV Shows I watch sometimes rely a little too much on their own history but with TIH, the show was more about the people David met and not David himself.

It's interesting that the double jeopardy rule Michael suggested was broken only once, wasn't it?
Also did read somewhere that there were plans to bring his sister Helen back into the Series somewhere along the line, possibly during the aborted side of Series 5. You big fans out there probably know more about that than me, but I think that would be perfectly understandable if he'd taken the risk and gone back and seen his family again.
As for CSI: Miami using revisiting villans. This is a fairly old ploy of the series, as CSI: Las Vegas, the original series from which the others are spin off's of, had one particular returning villan for at least two seasons.

Another 2 characters that I would have like to have revisited are Julie and Michael from DITF, and maybe Denny as well. It would have been funny if Julie told Denny the truth about David and that green thing that beat the doggie do-do out of him. Maybe he would have been nicer to David the 2nd time around.
